The work so far
Resonance is still in design review. Nothing has been built or fired yet. Each entry is a review or a design change, including the ones that found problems.
Trade-study audit
Recomputed the 134-slide trade study against the design record and the papers. Six items still have to be closed before a design review. The biggest are the coolant cross-section and the heat load.
Trade-study baseline
A 134-slide look at the injector, cooling, joints, ignition, feed, and diagnostics. It is a working notebook. The design is not frozen.
System requirements review
Kept the same goal for the project. A 100–110 mm channel is outside the published methane data, so the channel is 85 by 5 mm.
Design record r3
Moved the mixture ratio from 3.25 to 3.00. The old number came from gaseous engines. For liquids, the chemistry peaks at 2.945.
Independent design review
Checked the design records and re-ran the thermochemistry. The physics looks right. It is not ready to release hardware.

We need machining, measurements, and analysis, and students who want to work on a part of the engine.
